How we work

Four rules we do not break

  • Plain language. If a sentence would not survive a ward round, it does not survive our courses or our software.
  • Proportionate. A two-device clinic does not need a teaching hospital's paperwork, and our tools scale down as well as up.
  • Independent. Vendor neutral in what we teach, honest about trade-offs everywhere.
  • Leave you stronger. Advice that ends with your team in control, and software that makes the evidence exist as the work is done.
